Senior Trial Attorney - San Diego / Vista, CA (Hybrid)

In partnership with a highly respected California civil litigation boutique

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trial Attorney to join a well-established, trial-driven defense firm with multiple offices across Southern California. This team handles high-stakes cases, offers strong mentorship, and provides a clear path for continued professional growth.

  • 10+ years of civil defense litigation experience
  • Trial experience
  • Strong case evaluation, courtroom, and writing skills
  • Ability to manage cases independently from intake through verdict
  • Experience with public entity defense, employment, or general liability is a plus

Schedule: Hybrid with choice of San Diego, Vista, Riverside, CA
Practice Areas: Civil litigation, education law, employment defense, construction defect, insurance defense, and general liability.

200-300K + BONUS

Billable Requirement: 160 hours/month
(Firm pays for all reasonable billed time; clients do not cut bills.)
